If you do not agree with these conditions, we ask you not to use our website.
livstory.eu reserves the right to update and/or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, which is why we ask you to periodically monitor any changes.

The information published on livstory.eu belongs to the site, therefore, this information cannot be published, transmitted, copied by any method without the prior written consent of the legal representative of the company TRINITARIO S.R.L that administers the site. Failure to comply with these conditions is punishable according to the law in force. Any violation of copyright can be reported to the email address info@livstory.eu.
Contract Termination
By registering an order on the livstory.eu website, the buyer/client agrees to the communication method used by the company TRINITARIO S.R.L. – site administrator, namely by phone or email.
The conclusion of the contract takes place only when the tax invoice is issued and not when the order is launched or the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order is issued. The automatic issuance of the order confirmation does NOT equate to the conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer.
After placing the order, for justified reasons, the seller reserves the right to cancel the consumer/buyer's order, without prior notification, and the consumer will receive back the money collected by the company TRINITARIO S.R.L., within 7 days. At the same time, we reserve the right to change the quantity of products in the order, depending on their availability in stock.
The offers and prices displayed on the livstory.eu website are valid for a maximum of 12 hours.
The delivery of the products can be made within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 30 days, from the moment all the details of the order have been validated (payment method, payment term). All information/methods used to describe the goods on the website do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, they are used exclusively for presentation, delivery, stocks, prices.
The products are available within the limit of stock.
livstory.eu Liability Limitation
The livstory.eu website, as well as any software used within it, are provided in the manner in which they are found and as long as they are available, without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or non-infringement of the terms.
We assume no liability for the modification, suspension or interruption of the livstory.eu website, in whole or in part. The company TRINITARIO S.R.L. will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages, as well as injuries of any nature resulting from the use of the products.
Order cancellation
Livstory.eu (administered by TRINITARIO S.R.L.) assumes no responsibility for printing or display errors regarding prices, characteristics or images of products.
In the event that an order cannot be honored due to such errors, livstory.eu reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
TRINITARIO S.R.L. makes every effort to provide accurate information about the price and characteristics of the products. Some prices may be incorrect. In the event of an order being registered with an incorrect price, TRINITARIO S.R.L. has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any further obligation of any party to the other, in the following situations, and not only:
- the prices displayed on the livstory.eu website are the result of a material error;
- the ordered product(s) is/are no longer in stock;
- the transaction was not accepted by the issuing bank of the Buyer's card;
- the data provided by the Customer/Buyer on the website is incomplete and/or incorrect.
Return
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must ensure that the delivered products meet their expectations in terms of quality and quantity. Otherwise, the customer can communicate this fact by email to the address info@livstory.eu as soon as possible in order to remedy the situation created in the shortest possible time.
The user has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery.
Discounted products cannot be returned.
Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the return period expires within 14 days of delivery of the order. The decision must be announced by email to info@livstory.eu.
In the case of purchasing food products, they cannot be returned because these products are exempt from the obligation to accept returns according to article 10 of ordinance 130/2000.
Disputes
Any disputes related to the execution of the contract will be resolved amicably between the seller and the consumer/client, otherwise, the parties may address the competent court at the headquarters of the merchant/seller TRINITARIO S.R.L., respectively Brasov Court.
